A friend & I visit Cineworld fairly often in Renfrew Street. There are so many cinemas contained in the complex within many floors accessible via an escalator. There are cafes with popcorn & drinks, tables & chairs if you wish to feel the experience. I have given four stars because for me it is so vast &impersonal but the films we chose were really good.
Good cinema , staff vary from terse to very helpful. Don't expect quiet screenings in terms if noise from food and candy wrappers , but that's modern cinema sadly. Recommend early screenings.

Wonderful Big Screen ( Biggest in Scotland! ) and amazing sound to watch movies. Seating is well designed with plenty of legroom and the seating in front is low enough as to not obscure your view by the person in front. Picture quality is fantastic. A little more expensive than a visit to the standard cinema and a little out of the way, but for that Blockbuster, action movie it is definitely worth it. Parking is not too expensive and if you get your ticket validated it is only £3.00 for the whole time you stay. There is a coffee bar too and the usual cinema snacks and drinks available.
Wow!! I have never seen such a big screen!! Snacks and Starbucks available and right next to the amazing science centre. No matter where you sit there's a perfect view of screen. Lots of leg room and comfy seats.

This is the way forward if you enjoy the cinema, plenty of room, even when seat is fully reclined. Table at each seat is great, no more juggling your food. Would give it a higher rating if I could.
How did I ever go to the cinema before going to ODEON Luxe? Had my first trip here to watch Deadpool 2, and I was not disappointed. The luxury of having a reclining chair (although, they make childishly funny fart noises sometimes) is something that I could do with more often in the cinema. The screens have very few seats which makes the whole experience quieter and calmer, and you get a nice table in front of you to put your snacks/drinks on. Would recommend everyone give this a shot.

I have seen lots of good shows here over the years. The delivery of food and drinks etc to your seat is a nice touch. However, the toilet queue can be a long wait during the interval and some of the seats in the stalls have restricted view of the stage due to pillars etc.
Fantastic show at the Kings Theatre Glasgow as per usual. I find it the best theatre to visit to see a show as the sound quality is far superior to other theatres i have visited and it doesn't really matter where your seat is located it is a decent view regardless.

I love the citizens apart from trying to park there. Great show, Legally Blonde. So much positive energy.
Very intimate feeling in this theatre. As an X Glaswegian I always feel at home here. Staff are welcoming and good facilities for a 'wee swally ' should you want one. Enjoy !

I saw an exceptional show. The best night out in a very long time. Well done young blood theatre company. Excellent script. Incredible actors. Mind boggling scripting.
The Tron is a superb smallish theatre space, created out of an historic old town Glasgow church. The seating is such that good views are more or less guaranteed. There are a bar and restaurant that are very popular, and deservedly so, in their own right. The quality of the plays is consistently high, though of course, personal taste comes into that. I have just seen Pride and Prejudice (sort of) and that gets 5 stars from me too. The Tron's conversion to the Pantosphere each Christmas is the stuff of legend!
